Ana Pez, based in Madrid, began her career as a book illustrator in 2012. Her work has been selected and exhibited at the Mostra degli Illustratori in Bologna (Italy), the Biennale Ilustrarte (Portugal), and has appeared in the Catálogo Iberoamericano de Ilustración (Mexico). Her books My Little Invisible Brother and Cinematographic won awards at the Bologna Ragazzi Awards in 2015 and 2020 respectively. In 2016, she received the BD Amadora award (Portugal) for Best Foreign Author of Children’s Books. In addition to her picture book work, she teaches illustration and creates murals.
