In 2004, Wang Ning founded Beijing Total Vision Culture Spreads Co., Ltd. As one of the earliest comic book agents to collaborate with European and American publishing companies, he has exported the copyrights of more than 100 original Chinese comics by over 60 Chinese authors to Europe and the United States. He has also delivered speeches on the history and culture of Chinese comics at many internationally renowned comic festivals, including the Angoulême Comics Festival in France. Additionally, Wang Ning has served as a guest lecturer at more than ten universities — including the Beijing Film Academy, the Communication University of China, the China Academy of Art, and the Central Academy of Fine Arts — explaining the connections between Chinese comics and the European market.
